Dear Hockey Parents,

Attached you find the deposit form that will assist you in registering your child for the upcoming hockey season 2008 – 2009. The DSYIHA has made changes to next seasons registration. In an effort to accommodate returning players the DSYIHA is requiring a deposit of $50.00. This deposit will serve as a commitment to the Delaware Stars Program. This deposit will be deducted from your 1^st payment. Deposit are due by March 15^th, 2008. All past due, return check fees, and late fees must be paid in full by March 1^st in order for the DSYIHA to except your deposit. Game jersey's and practice jersey must be returned by March 30^th 2008. If all jersey's are not returned by this date there will be an additional fee added to your annual dues per our current Jersey Policy. After March 15^th 2008 the DSYIHA registration will be opened to the public there will be not guarantee of placement on our teams once open registration begins. For the 2008 -2009 hockey season registration will be available for download on the Stars website. Registration packets will not be mailed, unless you request one ,if you do not have internet access please contact the DSYIHA secretary,Rene Edwards. Registration packets will be made available at the Centre Ice Rink in our Stars information center located on the lobby wall. Parents will also be required to register thier player with USA Hockey as well. Complete instructions are also available online.

We are also including a copy of registration policies, we highly recommend you take the time to read them as they explain the registration process that is required.
